Our Fracture Clinics are held in the Isle Street Practice.
Fracture support
Supporting anyone with sprains or suspected broken bones requiring assessment. Removal or application of plaster casts, along with taking x-rays. A patient may have to attend the clinic multiple times during the resolution of their injury.

Our clinics are held at Isle St – the days of the clinic are usually a Monday and Wednesday but this can change. Please call to check availability and make a booking.
If you are requiring Urgent Care for a suspected fracture, please see our After Hours & Urgent Care Clinic where they will be able to support you in your assessment
How to Book
Your initial consulting clinician will either refer you to the clinic directly for follow-up or if you have had your initial care from another provider and wish to attend the clinic, you can contact reception at (03) 441 0500 (dial 1)
Your appointment
Before your appointment, please ensure you have a copy of any imaging done (if not already completed at QMC) and wear loose-fitting clothing near the fracture site for easy assessment. Appointments are 15 minutes long.
Follow up support
Your clinician will recommend a follow-up plan and direct you to reception to book.
